Cottage sits on one acre of land on private road with lots of privacy and security. Cottage was totally remodeled and has lots of character.

Lake:
290 acres, connects to four smaller lakes.75 ft. private sandy/grass beach. Great swimming with low boat traffic on lake.

Great fishing, swimming, water and jet skiing, kayaking and tubing, Dock with shore station for speed boat.
Paddle and pontoon boating.

Suitability:
No smoking in cottage or screen in porch.
No pets.
